We all love color, right? Then we all love this building design. It can be found in Santiago, Chile and responsible for it is the designer Santiago Raby Pinto. This building was built in the ‘70 and rehabilitated for a new purpose: The General Offices of Caja de Compensación Los Heroes, a private, independent and non profit institution whose role is to administrate social security funds for economic help for retired persons and workmen through small and soft loans.
The architects used nature as the main architectural concept, while the ludic and light expression was the way to conjugate and symbolize the relationship of leisure – nature.
The building’s strategy is to efficiently collect energy with a sustainable façade. This double façade skin is an UV ray filter and a good component to isolate the interior space comfort.
The inner transformation strategy creates a circular core, transforming old geometry and giving a fluent, continuous and functional circulation, which links all floor spaces.

If you love color then you’ll love it. For many it can be a too colorful interior design but i think i would like at least a room this colorful.
