Print your toast

Posted by elutzik on December 19, 2009 | No Comments

“Breakfast for geeks” is the idea of this one-of-a-kind toaster which prints your toast. It looks similar to a desktop ink-jet printer. Sliced bread is stacked and fed into the design from the top,  it’s then toasted and ejected onto the base. This toaster won 2nd prize at the berner design award ’09.

Posted by Bogdan on November 22, 2009 | 2 Comments

Arizona air conditioning (how to cool the heat)Everybody in the world knows that Arizona is a state in US, mainly famous for it’s desert climate, mild winters, and exceptionally hot summers. But with a gross state product of about  $232 billion a year, Arizona would have the 61st largest economy in the world, so… despite the hot weather there people work really hard. You might wonder how is this possible: well, thanks to the HVAC Phoenix companies that will provide the most reliable air conditioning equipment in the world.

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, a service that is very popular among the Arizona air conditioning companies in the two main cities of Arizona: Arizona air conditioning (how to cool the heat)Phoenix (the capital) and Tucson.

For home and smaller business located in their city, the air conditioning Phoenix companies will install A/C and heating appliances, air filtration equipment, fresh air ventilation, carbon monoxide detection, humidification systems and other related equipment, that will take care of dry air, smoke, chemical fumes, high humidity, pollen, cooking odors, pet dander etc. Don’t worry about pollution, these systems are eco friendly thanks to the last trend of going green on anything.

So, if you want to move to Arizona, make sure you will install all the above equipment in order to live a comfortable live at 90–120 °F (32–49 °C) in the summer, and sometimes exceeding 125 °F (52 °C).

Kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room

Posted by elutzik on October 22, 2009 | No Comments

This is a couple’s idea of integrating the kitchen into the living room so that you so that everyone could have free access to it without anything blocking the view of the people relaxing in the living room. Another problem they solved with this is keeping an eye on the children who were playing around the house. You can prepare something to eat or drink your coffee without leaving your living room. I believe it is perfect for those days when you have guests and you don’t want to leave them alone when you go into the kitchen to get the food. They used a Star model kitchen which combines an elegant and discrete walnut wood with distressed white textured lacquer and a stainless steel top that reflects the cooking zone suspended in the air. It is the perfect solution where the kitchen opens up to the rest of the house so they can see each other and interact as a family without everyone needing to be in the same room.
