This eccentric home theater belongs to Jeremy Kipnis, a music engineer, producer and a classical music lover. I won’t tell you all the technical details, but i will just point out the 8.8 channels of surround sound, 16 subwoofers and video resolution four times as tight as 1080p and an 18-by-10-foot Stewart Snowmatte “laboratory-grade” screen. It’s amazing, I can only imagine the experience of watching a movie in that home theater…

The Bricks & Mortar series of chairs and sofas was created by the British Artist Richard Woods and the designer Sebastian Wrong for Established and Sons. Designer Åke Axelsson created this set of chairs, called Zenit for the swiss company Garsnas, that is available in
moulded ash or oak (natural or lacquer). The base plate is made of satin-chromed steel, and the upholstered seat is covered in fabric or leather inside and outside if you’d like so.
