Well… one of Madonna’s houses, is a Manhattan apartment which is actually composed of three united apartments, and it was decorate by the singer’s brother, Christopher G. Ciccone, who doesn’t even have studies in interior design.
They had some problems with the reconfiguration, but with Stephen Wang they managed to create a unified space. You could swear that was like this from the beginning!
In this house guests will find many paintings, mostly gray old photos or paintings, which are outlined in female nudes. At first glance you say it’s abstract figures, not on figures.
The living room, where the floor remained unchanged, is a mix of dark colors, but elegant. The sofa was upholstered with studio photos of fashion designer Coco Chanel.
The kitchen is the only different room in house. By combining stainless steel turned white with a modern and functional. The singer is not very passionate with cooking, so she preferred the kitchen to be smaller and welcoming. Down the hall is the guests room and her office.
In her bedroom was elected a king size bed. Despite the size and design, yet it is discreet. Because yellow is her favorite color and she wanted it in her bedroom, but it seemed too much of, they found a middle way, a shade of beige pearl that reflects everything around it.
The most serious room is the bathroom. There were built a series of arches that connect the three areas – showers, tubs and troughs. Up to half the walls are covered with Italian ceramic tiles, white with iridescent pink, except within showers, where white tile is combined with dark green.
Although the interior looks immaculate, without blemish, nor the singer, nor her designers are sure of completing the work.

My refuge is my dream house, which, for now, is just in my mind. It’s right in the middle of nature, with a huge garden, with a pond and paths and lots of plants, trees and flowers.
Any destination you might have for your dream house, just follow some simple rules:
- In a world invaded with modernism, a simple wooden house with a simple paint, colored door and windows and curtains in tone with the wood of the house would calm everyone.
- Your house and garden would be more relaxing with a lot of green. Just combine the paved areas with the grass and plants.
- The color harmony is the key. The floors, the ceramic or wooden flower pots, the garden furniture and the pillows are all great in ground tones.
- In a small space you can place a table and two chairs where you can drink your coffee in the morning or just sit and relax.
- You can place most of the flowers in pots because they are easier to maintain.

If you have a big yard, or even a pool, you definitely need to have outdoor furniture, including a bed where you can relax in the sun while you drink a cocktail. I think I’ve found the perfect thing for you: an outdoor bed which can accommodate up to 7 people. Each model is manually produced and is composed of strong resin weave, which is woven onto the powder coated aluminum frame.
This particular model is available here, and if you don’t know what to do with 5000$, I say go for it.
