Gokturk Residences by GAD

This innovative project by GAD (Global Architectural Development) was developed in collaboration with Dara Kirmizitoprak and it is not just a living space. It was created as a twofold: one was to create modern and beautiful living spaces and the second was to challenge the typical modernist housing blocks that consume most the suburban landscape of Istanbul. This strategy introduces a new residential typology to the area.

The residential complex has 3 individual buildings with a total of 13,000m and a ground level park/green zone as community space.
