Some time ago, people used to barbecue animals on sticks as a necessity: they didn’t know any other way to cook. Nowadays, everyone hopes for nice weather (especially in weekends) to spend a few moments outdoors, in the garden, parks, forests, riversides, beaches, you name it, with friends and family, and of course, some delicious meat to be barbecued.
